˹ 82 - We know that whosoever is born of God, sinneth not : but he that is begotten of God, keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
˹ 21 - If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!
˹ 17 - For the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God, neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
˹ 19 - GOD, from whom all holy desires, all good counsels, and all just works do proceed : Give unto thy servants that peace which the world cannot give ; that both our hearts may be set to obey thy commandments, and also that by thee we, being defended from the fear of our enemies, may pass our time in rest and quietness, through the merits of Jesus Christ our Saviour.
˹ 19 - ... to perform the mercy promised to our fathers and to remember his holy covenant, the oath which he sware to our father Abraham that he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.
˹ 20 - If ye live after the flesh, ye shall die; but, if ye, through the spirit, mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
˹ 62 - If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
˹ 331 - Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.
˹ 32 - Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet'; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, 'Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.' '"Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
˹ 91 - According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise master-builder I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. For other foundation can no man lay, than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
