˹ 316 - Until the judgment against the defendant shall be paid, the sheriff may proceed to collect the notes, and other evidences of debt and the debts that may have been seized or attached under the warrant of attachment, and to prosecute any bond he may have taken in the course of such proceedings, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment of the judgment.
˹ 82 - Service by mail may be made, where the person making the service, and the person on whom it is to be made reside in different places between which there is a regular communication by mail.
˹ 315 - ... thereon, or the amount and description of the property held by such association, corporation, or individual, for the benefit of or debt owing to the defendant.
