˹ 5 - The General Assembly shall not pass local or special laws, in any of the following enumerated cases...
˹ 24 - ... term for which they were elected, and until their successors are elected and qualified, but if appointed they shall hold the same only until their successors are elected and qualified.
˹ 7 - ... the legislative assembly shall make provision for the establishment and maintenance of a system of public schools which shall be open to all children of the State of North Dakota and free from sectarian control. This legislative requirement shall be irrevocable without the consent of the United States and the people of North Dakota.
