˹éÒ 195 - ... 1. Such as shall be requisite for its immediate accommodation in the transaction of its business : or, 2. Such as shall have been mortgaged to it in good faith, by way of security for loans previously contracted, or for moneys due : or, 3.
˹éÒ 322 - No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States, nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property, without due process of law, nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
