˹éÒ 121 - Constitution, sufficient to pay the interest on such indebtedness as it falls due, and also to constitute a sinking fund for the payment of the principal thereof within twenty years from the time of contracting the same. Sec.
˹éÒ 108 - of the remaining portions of this act. The legislature hereby declares that it would have passed this act irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, sub-sections, sentences, clauses or phrases are declared unconstitutional.
