Moreover, that the Expence of paying Phyficians and Surgeons, -would eat Up the whole of any Fund. That could be reafonably expected to be raifed but three of the Profefiion, viz. Doétors Lloyd Zacbaiy, Thomas Bond, and Phineas Bond, generoufly offering to attend the Hofpital gratis for three Years, and the other Objec tions being by Degrees got over, the Bill, on the feventh of the fame Month, paffed the Houfe, Nemine Contradiccntc, and in May following it received the Governor's AG fent, and was enacted into a Law, .
