˹éÒ 382 - of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before any court of competent jurisdiction shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty ($50) dollars nor more than one hundred ($100) dollars or be imprisoned in the county jail not to exceed ninety (90) days for each and every offense.
˹éÒ 346 - petition shall be published at least two weeks before the time at which the same is to be presented in some newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the county where said petition is to be presented, together with a notice signed by the committee of said
