˹ 260 - Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world; that they which see not might see, and that they which see might be made blind.
˹ 121 - For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.
˹ 324 - This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.
˹ 405 - Keep innocency, and take heed unto the thing that is right : for that shall bring a man peace at the last.
˹ 185 - But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
˹ 4 - Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.
˹ 416 - Also take no heed unto all words that are spoken ; lest thou hear thy servant curse thee : 22 For oftentimes also thine own heart knoweth that thou thyself likewise hast cursed others.
˹ 177 - Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness ; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
˹ xii - God, but the doers of the law shall be justified : for when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves : which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another ;) in the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
˹ 325 - And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
