˹éÒ 3 - Though in the paths of death I tread, With gloomy horrors overspread, My steadfast heart shall fear no ill, For Thou, O Lord, art with me still : Thy friendly crook shall give me aid, And guide me through the dreadful shade.
˹éÒ 98 - FOR a closer walk with God ! A. calm and heavenly frame ! A light to shine upon the road That leads me to the Lamb...
˹éÒ 106 - The world can never give The bliss for which we sigh ; 'Tis not the whole of life to live, Nor all of death to die.
˹éÒ 112 - ... breath, And when my voice is lost in death, Praise shall employ my nobler powers : My days of praise shall ne'er be past, While life, and thought, and being last, Or immortality endures.
˹éÒ 82 - We'll crowd Thy gates with thankful songs, High as the heavens our voices raise; And earth, with her ten thousand tongues, Shall fill Thy courts with sounding praise. 5 Wide as the world is Thy command, Vast as eternity Thy love; Firm as a rock Thy truth must stand, When rolling years shall cease to move.
˹éÒ 101 - Who, who would live alway, away from his God; Away from yon heaven, that blissful abode, Where the rivers of pleasure flow o'er the bright plains, And the noontide of glory eternally reigns...
˹éÒ 71 - A broken heart, my God, my King, Is all the sacrifice I bring ; The God of grace will ne'er despise A broken heart for sacrifice.
˹éÒ 78 - F=~] — * f-^ v, we that love the Lord, And let our joys be known ; Join in a song with sweet accord, And thus surround the throne.
˹éÒ 99 - So shall my walk be close with God, Calm and serene my frame ; So purer light shall mark the road, That leads me to the Lamb.
˹éÒ 118 - God, whom we adore, Be glory as it was, is now, And shall be evermore ! 5.
