˹ 221 - Ye have brought this man unto me as one that perverteth the people; and behold, I, having examined him before you, have found no fault in this man touching those things whereof ye accuse him; no, nor yet Herod; for I sent you to him, and lo, nothing worthy of death is done unto him. I will therefore chastise him and release him.
˹ 184 - Jesus answered him : I have spoken openly to the world : I have always taught in the synagogue, and in the temple whither all the Jews resort ; and in secret I have spoken nothing. Why askest thou Me ? ask them who have heard what I have spoken unto them : behold they know what things I have said.
˹ 114 - And he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water ; follow him into the house where he entereth in. ˹ 89 - Then shall they begin to say to the mountains : Fall upon us ; and to the hills : Cover us. For if in the green wood they do these things, what shall be done in the dry ? And there were also two other malefactors led with Him to be put to death.
˹ 128 - You will all fall away because of me this night; for it is written, 'I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.
˹ 242 - If thou also hadst known, and that in this thy day, the things that are to thy peace ; but now they are hidden from thy eyes. For the days shall come upon thee : and thy enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and straiten thee on every side, and beat thee flat to the ground, and thy children who are in thee ; and they shall not leave in thee a stone upon a stone, because...
