it was amazing

Insightful overview of how the quality of food has deteriorated over the last few decades. How the rush for quantity has led to less nutrition and taste. How there are people trying to find commercial ways to bring natural flavor and nutrition back to livestock for which much of that has been breed away. An interesting introduction ending in what sounds like a delightful meal.
